General Terms and Conditions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the www.grandmonastery.com internet platform, its software applications and the electronic services provided thereon (hereafter referred to as “Services”).
1.2. The platform www.grandmonastery.com is maintained and managed by GM Travel Co Ltd., with its headquarters in Smolyan, 4700, 7 Buzludzha str,entr.B, ap4, registered in Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 206254826.
1.3. When using the internet platform www.grandmonastery.com and the services offered through it, a contractual relationship arises between the User of Services and GM TravelCo Ltd, therefore the User should be an adult according to the Bulgarian legislation (at the age of 18) and become thoroughly acquainted with these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. Subject to these General Terms and Conditions are the services offered by the www.grandmonastery.com platform – the user’s making a reservation of accommodation at the accommodation sites specified in the platform according to the conditions detailed in each particular offer as well as the booking of additional services such as but not limited to as a transfer, boarding, ski equipment rental and ski school.
1.5. In order to use the services offered by the www.grandmonastery.com platform, the User, by clicking the mouse at the designated place before finalizing any inquiry or booking, must declare that he is familiar with and accepts these General Terms and Conditions. The finalization of the reservation confirms that the User (together with all accompanying persons included in the reservation using the same services) is familiar with and has accepted the Terms and Conditions.
1.6. These General Terms and Conditions are applicable regardless of the device, operating system, browser, or protocol used by the user.
1.7. Via the platform www.grandmonastery.com, electronic services offered and maintained by third parties may also be provided under a contract concluded between them and GM Travel Co Ltd.
1.8. Any claims regarding reservations, services, accommodation should be submitted no later than 30 days from the date of departure
II. Changes to Terms and Conditions
2. “GM Travel Co” Ltd. has the right to unilaterally change the content of these General Terms and Conditions. All changes reflected in these Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately after their publication on www.grandmonastery.com.
III. Provision of personal data
3.1 When using services through www.grandmonastery.com, the User completes the application form published on the Site, which must provide the following personal data: name and surname, valid phone number e-mail address, credit card data
3.2 By sending a request for a personal offer via the contact form or making an online at www.grandmonastery.com, the User gives his explicit consent that “GM Travel Co” Ltd can store and process the data provided by him, as well as may give consent to receive electronic newsletter from www.grandmonastery.com with news and events related to the destination and the platform, information about special offers, promotional games and more.
IV. Terms of Service
4.1. Any booking through the www.grandmonastery.com platform will be considered an act of purchase of the relevant service – hotel accommodation and / or ski services subject to this reservation.
4.2. For each reservation made via the contact form or through the book online button on the www.grandmonastery.com platform, the user receives a specific offer number and type of apartment, price as well as way of payment
4.3. Before making the payment, through the internet address The User can change any of the parameters of the requested services. It is the responsibility of the User to check his reservation and monitor the compliance of all parameters requested by him, as well as to pay the price set for the service within the terms and amount specified in the specific offer, as well as to choose one of the available payment methods. set out below in these General Terms and Conditions
4.4. With the "Credit Card" payment method, the amount of the prepayment will be announced during the booking process. You enter your credit card information in the appropriate fields on the booking form. This information is transmitted to the accommodation via secure communications on a secure server to ensure your booking,as wel as the safety of your credit card data. The accommodation decides wether to charge or block the relevant amount of money from your credit card - equivalent to the amount of the order. If the accommodation cannot make the necessary transactions on your card to guarantee your booking, the latter may be canceled from the accommodation. Please make sure that your credit card has not expired and that there are sufficient funds in your account to pay for the stay.
4.5. By method of payment "Bank transfer": The amount of the prepayment will be announced during the booking procedure. Cashless transactions are available to legal entities and individuals. Payment must be made within 3 days of the booking act. In case the requested services are not paid within 72 hours from the receipt of the e-mail with the specific offer, it is considered void and the reservation is automatically canceled. Reservations made immediately before the date of travel, for which payment must be made at the time of booking, cannot be paid by bank transfer.
4.6. The reservation can be paid by the client in cash upon arrival at the accommodation (for those offers that accept this method of payment).
4.7. Once the payment has been made, a confirmation of the reservation is received at the e-mail address entered by the User. Invoice for the payment made The user can obtain at check-in and / or can be sent by e-mail upon request.
V. Prices
5.1. The prices listed on the www.grandmonastery.com platform are gross, with 9% or 20% VAT included depending on the service, resort fee and hotel insurance.
5.2. The total price payable by the User for the services he / she requests is calculated according to the number and type of the booked accommodations, the number of persons using them / adults and / or children / and the actual price offer for the respective services. Prices do not include any additional charges and services not mentioned at the time of the reservation and which are due at the property (if any).
5.3. GM Travel Co Ltd. reserves the right to change the prices and special offers in the platform www.grandmonastery.com, depending on the demand and available vacancies. For already made, verified and paid reservations, the amount due will not change regardless of the new price offers available.
5.4. Payment is made in BGN per BNB Fixed Rate for the day.
VI. Reservation and accommodation.
6.1 Reservations and accommodation
6. 1.1 These Terms and Conditions oblige GM Travel Co Ltd. to provide the accommodation, booked and paid by the User
6.1.2. The “Remarks” field on the reservation form is not mandatory for GM Travel Ltd. and any User wishes filled in the field will only be met if possible
6.1.3. For the purpose of the reservation, as children are treated only persons who are not more than 12 years old at the start date of the use of the services
6.1.4. In case of extraordinary circumstances, GM Travel Ltd. can cancel reservation, paid by the User. In such cases GM Travel Co Ltd informs the User immediately and the User has the right to choose one of the following alternatives:
(a) to accept accommodation in a hotel of the same or higher category and, if this is not possible and when accommodation in a lower category is proposed, to be reimbursed the difference between the service paid and the actual price;
(b) to be refunded under the terms and conditions set out below.
(c) to use the paid amount for other available period for a time specified by the company. When this type of compensation is accepted, subsequent changes are not possible.
VII. Cancellations and changes. Penalties
7.1. Requests for cancellation of paid reservations by the User are accepted only if they are made in writing – by e-mail at info@grandmonastery.com
7.2. In case of cancellation by the User or in case of no-show:
For standard bookings where no deposit is required - free cancellationis applicable
For reservations with a requirement for advance payment - 100% of the due amount and / or the transferred deposit is deducted as a penalty. For certain bookings, the accommodation may offer the possibily advance payment to be used for another period of accommodation within a certain period of time. When this type of compensation is accepted, subsequent changes are not possible.
During the booking process, please read the booking conditions, the special offer rules, as well as the cancellation conditions listed on the website, in the booking form and / or the booking confirmation.
7.3. In case of cancellation by "GM Travel Co." Ltd. the amount paid by the user is refunded after a written request by e-mail to: info@grandmoouncil.comяехш sent no later than 30 days from date of arrival as per the original booking. The application must contain: name and surname of the User, reservation number, date and type of payment. The refund shall be made in the manner and to the account from which the payment was made within 30 (thirty) working days, as of the date of the written request.
Applications for refunds received more than 30 days after the initial date of arrival will not be respected
7.4. Changes to paid reservations
7.4.1 Requests for change of parameters of paid reservations by the User shall be accepted only if they are made in writing – by e-mail at info@grandmonastery.com.
7.4.2. The team at www.grandmonastery.com will do its best to satisfy the User’s requests for a change of paid reservation but does not guarantee its execution. Changes to paid reservations are made only when possible and are valid upon receipt of a written confirmation by the property to the user’s electronic address
7.4.3. When changing a paid reservation, there may be changes in the price of the reservation, subject to the new conditions. In this case, the change of reservation is valid after an additional payment has been made by the User.
7.4.4. Upon change in the parameters of paid reservations made immediately prior to the start date of the provision of the reserved service when the cancellation period has expired, the changes may be treated as cancelation and the corresponding penalties are charged to the User.
