Max capacity of one bedroom apartment is 4 people
The apartment has one bedroom with one double or two single beds and a living room with foldable sofa. Two people sleep in the bedroom and other two /preferably children/ can sleep on the foldable sofa in the living room.
All apartments have a living room with a fireplace, sitting area with TV, dining area, as well as fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need for preparing food (hot plates, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge). There are also hairdryer, iron, iironing board, drying rack
Bathroom is equipped with shower and shower curtain, hot water tank. Some apartments have bathtubs.
All apartments are individually heated. Guests will find the apartment warm and can also request litting the fireplace for a certain hour.
Some apartments have a balcony as well.
Cleaning is daily and change of linen is twice a week. Free toiletries are provided.
The apartments are cozy and comfortable.
One bedroom apartment is an excellent choice for families and groups and is the best deal for accommodating 4 people. Ski infrastructure of Pamporovo is just 50 m away, so you do not need car transfer to the ski runs and if you are with children you can ski-in and ski-out at any time.

The parking lot is in front of the complex. During busy periods, another free auxiliary parking lot on Studenets, 100m away, is also used
All buildings in the complex have elevators. Movement between the buildings in both directions is via stairs and escalators
Breakfast is available at the lobby bar between 08.00-11.00 and includes coffee/tea, a hot sandwich and a juice. The surcharge is BGN 10 (5 EUR) per person.
Breakfast à la carte is offered in the tavern of the Grand Monastery
KULTURA SPA AND BEAUTY is open daily from 10.00h till 20.30h
Offering a variety of, sauna, fittness and a 22m/ 8m swimming pool. The temperature of the water is around 27-29 degrees and is suitable for swimming.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon prior request.
A personal ski storage room is located in building 7 and is free for our guests. Ask at reception
Wi-Fi is available in public areas and in the apartments and is free of charge. Consistent high speed or availability cannot be guaranteed.
Ski rental/ski school is available on the territory of GRAND MONASTERY
A children's corner can be used free of charge by our guests
A bag of firewood can be purchased at reception.

The heating is on electricity, including in the bathrooms. The rooms are always pre-heated for the guests.
